Funds will be used to support a series of 15 art educating programs for the youth.

NH Diversion

Funds will be used to fill the budget deficit created by the loss of the Alt of Detention grant.

Special Olympics South Dakota

Funds will be used to help support the various areas of Special Olympics of SD.

Spearfish HS We the People

Funds will be used to pay for costs associated with youth's travel expenses to Washington DC to participate in national competitions.

Western Hills Humane Society

Funds will be used to cover the cost of boarding, vaccinations and other immediate medical care needed.

Lawrence County Coalition

Funds will be used to support annual youth leadership summit involving youth involving grades 5-8.

Good Shepherd Clinic

Funds will be used to help patients with medical, dental, prescriptions, and other expeses.

Prairie Hills Child Care Center

Funds will allow children to attend field trips in the spring and summer no matter their economic background.

EmBE / Girls on the Run South Dakota

Funds will help supports the girls on the run team at Creekside Elementary. Funding will help lower the registration per girl for the Spring/Fall season. It also supports program supplies, additional
scholarships and running shoes when needed.

Parents Who Care (Spearfish Post Prom Party)

Funds will be used to put on a post prom party drug and alcohol free. The event will include entertainment, food, and drinks.

Matthews Opera House & Arts Center

Funds used to support our Missoula Children's Theatre residency, a week-long theater program that provides local youth with an immersive arts experience in performance, teamwork, and confidence-building.

Youth & Family Services Inc.

Funds used to help provide mental health services and trauma treatment at no cost for children, youth, and their families in the Northern Hills region who lack insurance coverage.

Spearfish Senior Service Center

Funds will go towards the purchase of fresh flowers for the senior center monthly luncheon for birthdays.

Northern Hills Quilters Guild

Funds will be used for the purchse of batting for quilts to be given to charities within the Spearfish and Belle Fourch communities.

Kids Club Kids

Fund used to assist the KCK kids in contributing to the community gardens, and creating and maintaining a garden of their own.

Spearfish Fine Arts Boosters for Spearfish (FAB)

Funds will go towards fine arts students travel, lodging, food, and registration costs for state or national competitions.

Spearfish High School Holiday Market

Funds used for kids to purchase gifts for their family members at a discount and used to stock the market.

BHSU Women in Science Conference

Funds will be used to host a conference for women in STEM, specifically used for free lunch, programs, guest speaker, and giveaway items.

Bella Pregnancy Resource Center

Funds will be allocated to purchase 2 new cribs, 3 crib mattresses, 3 new car seats, 2 extra wide baby gates, and 5 $20 vouchers for gas at local stations.

Realtors for Kids

Funds would be allocated to help a minimum of 5 children up to 16 children. The funds would be specifically used for medical care, clothing, basic necessities, extra-curricular activities and food.

Spearfish Young Life

Looking to raise funds to offset the cost of travel to go to Young Life Camps. Dakota Bus Company quoted $17,000 to charter a bus to and from Young Life Group.

Spearfish Teammates

The funds will be used to do background checks, training, and national dues.

Lawrence County L.O.S.S Team - Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors

Funds go towards their mission of providing compassionate, trauma-informed support to survivors of suicide loss by offering comfort, safety, and resources as they navigate the stages of grief. Working alongside county law enforcement and the coroner's office through an MOU, our certified team is available 24/7, whenever possible, to bring care, connection, and hope in times of tragedy.

Grace Ballock Memorial Library

Funds help the summer reading program that kids will earn prizes. Funds also to be used for activities and to keep kids engaged through the summer months.

Spartan Robotics

Funds will help with 25-26 Competition season. Registration costs and travel expenses for 2 MS teams and 1 HS team.

Shirley Speaks Foundation

Clients are referred to Shirley Speaks through mental health prof., dm violence shelters, and law enforcement. SS sends payment directly to the mental health provider after services are provided.

The Kindness Team

The funds will be used to research and replace classroom books as needed, repair/replace BE KIND banners, print moral boosters and buy supplies needed for teacher appreciation, and replace needed supplies for rock apinting.

Spearfish Trails Coalitioin

Funds will go towards the support of construction of a new trail system at the Spearfish City Campground. Seeking more sponsorship. Will include a kid-friendly beginner area, 1.5 miles of beginner-friendly flow trail, a progressive skills area, and a gravity-oriented progressive trail system

Victims of Violence Intervention Program (Artemis House)

Funds will go towards support group services, counseling resources, and housing needs.

Spearfish Foundation for Public Education SFPE

Provide FISH GRANT opportunities for Teachers to apply for x2 a year, also benefits nearly every student in the school district from various programs funded by SFPE.

Spearfish School Supply Drive

Fund used with Cloth-a-kid to help supply school supplies to students. Have assisted 175 students per year and need growing.

Spearfish Cloth-a-Kid

Provides new clothing, school supplies, backpacks, and toiletries for K-12 public school students. Fund will be used to purchase new items picked out by the students. Approx 175 students.

West River Transit Authority Inc (Prairie Hills Transit)

Funds will be used to cover transportation cost for those who cannot afford the service such as single family home needing to transport their children.
